HDFC has set up special counters in its offices in Coimbatore, Erode, Palakkad and Salem to help non-Resident Indians planning to buy a property.
A release from the company said customers applying for a loan on or before August 14 and taking the disbursement by August 31 will get special interest rate offers. For speedy approval of their loan application, the customers should bring:
Photocopy of labour contract along with English translation and countersigned by the employer, latest salary certificate in English from the company, photocopy of the last four months local bank account statement, photocopy of the valid resident visa stamped on passport, photocopy of the labour card/identity card and statement of accounts for other loans availed.
The special counters would be open till August 5.
